The service was excellent during my stay.

I was disappointed with the breakfast options as I expected a self-serving buffet, but instead, we had to choose only one dish. Additionally, the music by the beach was too loud at times, which made it hard for me to relax. The room could really use some renovations to justify the high price we paid.

The spectacular beachfront ambiance created a truly relaxing environment, complemented by the attentive staff who consistently went out of their way to enhance our experience. However, concerns about sargassum made beach access less enjoyable, and the nearby restaurants created some noise disturbances during the nights.

The outdoor shower near the pool was a refreshing escape for cooling off, especially when the ocean wasn't ideal. The staff went above and beyond, making sure my birthday was super special with thoughtful surprises.

We truly enjoyed the delicious meals, especially the fresh-squeezed juices that complemented our mornings perfectly. However, the noise from nearby local restaurants made it challenging to get to sleep until late at night.

Amazing beach vibes and service

We had such a nice 6-night stay! The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The beach club was awesome, providing towels and drinks all day. The bar/lounge area had great snacks too. Just a heads up, the music from the club nearby could be loud at times, but it didn't ruin the vibe for us.
